Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 250g salami
  • 250 g cheese
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 200 g flour
  • Fat for the baking tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the salami, mushrooms, and bell peppers into small pieces. Combine all ingredients in a large, tightly fitting bowl and shake vigorously. Then place everything on a greased baking sheet and bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
