Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 persimmon (Sharon fruit)
- 1 banana(s)
- 200 ml coconut milk
- some coconut water or coconut milk to dilute
- some ginger, grated
- some agave syrup or honey
- Cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Peel the Sharon fruit and banana and cut into pieces. Place the fruit in a blender and puree with the coconut milk. Thin with coconut water or milk until the desired consistency is reached. Season to taste with ginger, agave syrup, and cinnamon.
