Shawarma Style Beef
The perfect shawarma style beef recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kilogram Beef
- 1 Onion
- 3 Garlic cloves chopped
- 0,5 Lemon – the juice
- 1 tsp Coriander seeds
- 1 tsp Sumac
- 0,5 tsp Ground cumin
- 2 tsp Curry
- 0,5 tsp Cinammon
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Cut the meat into very thin strips, cut the onion into thin strips and chop the garlic cloves. Put everything in a bowl.
- Now add all the ingredients except the salt, mix well and let it steep for a few hours.
- Heat some olive oil in a deep pan, add the meat to the pan and fry until all the liquid has evaporated and the meat is cooked through and has a nice color. Salt last.
