Shawarma Style Beef

The perfect shawarma style beef recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kilogram Beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 0,5 Lemon – the juice
  • 1 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp Sumac
  • 0,5 tsp Ground cumin
  • 2 tsp Curry
  • 0,5 tsp Cinammon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  1. Cut the meat into very thin strips, cut the onion into thin strips and chop the garlic cloves. Put everything in a bowl.
  2. Now add all the ingredients except the salt, mix well and let it steep for a few hours.
  3. Heat some olive oil in a deep pan, add the meat to the pan and fry until all the liquid has evaporated and the meat is cooked through and has a nice color. Salt last.
