Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Glass noodles
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 1 Leek white
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • Oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Wok spice
  • Boiling water

Instructions
 

  • Cut the vegetables into sticks or rings.
  • Pour boiling water over the pasta according to the package instructions and let it soak for 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, heat both types of oil in a wok or deep pan, add the vegetables and fry while stirring.
  • As soon as the pasta is ready, drain briefly in a colander and add to the vegetables in the pan.
  • Add soy sauce and Asian spice to taste and stir-fry for a few more minutes.
