Ingredients
- 100 g Glass noodles
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Red pepper
- 1 Leek white
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- Oil
- Soy sauce
- Wok spice
- Boiling water
Instructions
- Cut the vegetables into sticks or rings.
- Pour boiling water over the pasta according to the package instructions and let it soak for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat both types of oil in a wok or deep pan, add the vegetables and fry while stirring.
- As soon as the pasta is ready, drain briefly in a colander and add to the vegetables in the pan.
- Add soy sauce and Asian spice to taste and stir-fry for a few more minutes.
