Sheep Cream Cheese
- 130 g Sheep cheese (Turkish supermarket I trust)
- 60 g Natural yogurt, homemade
- 60 g Cream cheese, homemade
- 1 piece Black garlic
- 1 Clove of garlic, smoked
- Vinegar to taste
- Gourmet pepper to taste
- 1 Black olive with core
- Basil leaves (remainder)
- Crumble the sheep’s cheese and place in a tall container. Plain yogurt, cream cheese, and black garlic in it. Puree with a hand blender. Then peel and squeeze another clove of garlic and add it as well. Gourmet pepper to taste, stir and season to taste. Decorate with black olives and basil leaves.
