a hearty pancake with sheep’s cheese

Make a pancake batter from milk, flour, and eggs (note: the amounts of milk and flour are approximate). Cut the feta cheese into small cubes and stir into the batter. Pour the entire mixture into a lightly greased pan. While cooking, tear the batter into small pieces until the pieces are golden brown. This goes best with flatbread and/or cucumber salad with yogurt sauce.
