Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 packs of shepherd’s cheese made from sheep’s or cow’s milk, approx. 400 g
  • 1 jar olives
  • 1 jar of pickles
  • 2 apples
  • 2 packs of seasoning mix (salad topping)
  • 3 small chili peppers, dried
  • 1 dash of olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

easy and fast

Cut the feta cheese into bite-sized cubes. Finely chop the olives, apples, and pickles and mix them with the feta cheese in a bowl. Add the salad dressing and chilies (crush up to three dried chilies in your hand, if desired). Drizzle with a generous splash of olive oil, mix everything thoroughly, and let it sit for at least half an hour.
