Shepherd's salad simple

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small head of lettuce
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 jar feta cheese, diced
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 8 Pepper, mild
  • 50 g olives, black
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Trim and wash the lettuce, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Slice the bell peppers and cut the tomatoes into eighths. Drain the tuna and corn. Drain the feta, reserving the oil. Mix 8 tablespoons of the vinegar with a little salt, pepper, and sugar. Peel and finely dice the onion. Rinse the basil, shake dry, and chop the leaves. Combine both with the sauce. Gently mix all ingredients, place in a salad bowl, and garnish with peppers and olives.
