Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g Brussels sprouts
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 1 small can of vegetables (Leipziger Allerlei)
- some water
- 1 pack of Shirataki noodles
- 2 slices of processed cheese light
- n. B. Spice(s) (e.g. curry powder, garlic granules and 6-herb mixture)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
First, cook the Brussels sprouts until almost tender. In the meantime, add the small can of mushrooms and the vegetables to a pan with a little water and sauté. When the Brussels sprouts are almost tender, add them to the pan and sauté for a while. Next, remove the raw noodles from the package and wash them in a sieve, as they initially smell a bit fishy. After washing, the smell will disappear. Cook them for 3 minutes and then add them to the pan. Season everything to taste and add the cheese. I use curry powder, garlic, and a 6-herb mix from the frozen package. But the only limits are your imagination. This recipe is great for people who want to lose weight. It’s filling and low in calories.
