Shirataki rice with paprika and tomato sauce and vegetarian fillet

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g shirataki noodles (rice noodles)
  • 500 ml tomato(s), pureed
  • some garlic
  • some onion(s)
  • 200 g bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 slice(s) meat substitute (vegetarian fillet, e.g. from Garden Gourmet)
  • some salt and pepper
  • some herbs of Provence
  • some oil
  • some paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the onions, garlic, and bell peppers into small pieces. Add a little oil to a large pan. Sauté the onions and garlic. Then add the bell peppers and the vegetarian fillet (pre-sliced, if desired) and sauté briefly. Add the passata, salt, pepper, herbs, and paprika. Simmer for about 5 minutes, then season to taste. Rinse the shirataki rice, add it to the sauce in the pan, and cook for about another minute.
