Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 500 g cucumber(s)
  • 300 g bell pepper(s), mixed
  • 4 onions
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 1 hot pepper(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Vinegar
  • Garlic salt
  • Cheese (shipka cheese or firmer sheep cheese)
  • Parsley, chopped

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into cubes about 2 cm long. Wash and deseed the bell peppers. Peel the onions and chop them slightly smaller. Finely chop the paprika and parsley, mix everything together, and season with the spices. Grate or shred the cheese over the top.
