Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 500 g flour
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ tsp baking powder
- n. B. dark chocolate coating

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Cream the butter and both sugars until fluffy, then knead in the eggs, flour, and baking powder. Place the dough through a meat grinder and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Once cooled, sprinkle with chocolate coating or dip halfway into the dough.
