Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g margarine or butter, soft
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 380 g flour
  • n. B. Chocolate coating, melted

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Beat the soft margarine with the whisk attachment of a hand mixer until creamy. Sift the icing sugar, if desired, and stir in. Add the vanilla sugar and stir in. Add the egg yolks to the batter, one at a time, and whisk each one briefly before stirring in the milk. Mix the flour and custard powder, sift over the batter, and stir in. Fill the batter into a piping bag fitted with the desired nozzle and pipe cookies in any shape onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat, fan oven: 180°C) for about 12 minutes. Baking times may vary, as every oven is different. If you’re trying this recipe for the first time, feel free to bake a test tray with a few cookies to see how they turn out. Dip the cooled cookies in melted chocolate.
