Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 70 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 150 g flour
  • 75 g butter
  • 70 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp, levelled cocoa powder
  • powdered sugar
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Beat the eggs with the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Combine the flour and baking powder and add to the foam mixture. Mix everything together well. Add the cocoa powder, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and mix until creamy. Now fold the chocolate sprinkles into the mixture. Pour everything into a greased dish. To make the sprinkles, simply knead all the ingredients together well and spread them over the cake mixture (you can add more sprinkles, depending on the size of the cake and your taste). Bake everything in the oven at 180-200°C for about 45-50 minutes (do the toothpick test). Let the cake cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar.
