Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1,000 g flour
- 500 g sugar
- 250 g clarified butter
- 50 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 bottle of cinnamon flavoring
- Hazelnuts, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 20 minutes
Gradually add all ingredients, except the cinnamon flavoring and nuts, to a large bowl. Then knead thoroughly. Now fold in the cinnamon flavoring and nuts. Refrigerate the dough overnight. Bake the next day at 180°C (160°C fan-assisted) until the cookies have reached the desired browning.
