Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 ml Ajvar
- 200 ml sweet cream
- 200 g salami, spicy, if desired
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 250 g cheese (Gouda), 1 x 1 cm cubes
- 1 small pepper, not pickled
- 2 baguettes or toast
- possibly garlic salt

Chop the salami, ham, and pepperoni into small pieces and place them in a bowl with the Gouda cubes. Add the jar of ajvar and the cream. Season with salt, pepper, and perhaps a little garlic salt. Then mix well. The mixture may be a bit runny. This is okay, as the bowl should be covered and refrigerated for at least 12 hours. Then cut the baguette into 2 cm thick strips and spread with the mixture. Bake the spread baguettes in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
