Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tsp cream of tartar baking powder
- 250 g flour
- 200 g margarine for baking
- 3 tbsp milk
- 150 g vanilla sugar
- Chocolate sprinkles or icing or jam
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Prepare a shortcrust pastry from the dough ingredients and refrigerate if necessary. Then roll out the dough and cut out any desired shapes. Bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes. After baking, cover with icing or chocolate coating, or roll in chocolate sprinkles as desired.
