Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g butter
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pinch of salt
- possibly rum
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Grandma’s way
Knead all ingredients into a shortcrust pastry, shape into a ball, and chill for at least 1 hour. Then roll out to about 1 cm thick and cut out any shapes you like. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Decorate as desired.
