Ingredients
- 1,5 kg Shovel from the butcher you trust
- 1 Roasting tube
- 1 Onion
- 3 small Bay leaves
- 3 Cloves
- 150 ml White wine
- 100 ml Water
Instructions
- Place the shovel in the roasting tube, peel the onions and cut into strips, spread them next to the meat.
- Put the bay leaves, cloves, wine and water in the roasting tube, tie up well and peck the surface 3-4 times with a fine needle.
- Put the roast on the cold! Remove the grid from the oven and slide it into the oven preheated to 200 ° C.
- Leave the roast at 200 ° C for approx. 10 minutes until the hose has fluffed up properly, then switch down to 130 ° C and let it simmer slowly for approx. 3 hours.
- Before cutting, let the roast rest in the switched off oven - with the door open - for approx. 5 minutes
- I served a potato / cucumber salad with it
