Ingredients
 

  • 1,8 kg Turkey crust roast
  • 1 bunch Soup vegetables
  • 150 ml Water
  • Salt and pepper
  • 100 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • Broth from the roasting tube
  • Possibly water, as there is not enough broth for the sauce
  • 200 ml Soy cream

Instructions
 

  • Today the oven stays clean 🙂 And the meat has never been so juicy for me. And nothing is left.
  • Wash the turkey crust roast and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cut the soup vegetables into large pieces and place them in the roasting tube with the meat.
  • Fry for approx. 2 h in the fan oven and 175 ° C.
  • Catch the contents of the sausage tube in a sieve and use the stock for the sauce.
  • Make a light basic sauce with butter, flour, stock and water. Season with salt and pepper and add the soy cream.
