Ingredients
- 1,8 kg Turkey crust roast
- 1 bunch Soup vegetables
- 150 ml Water
- Salt and pepper
- 100 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- Broth from the roasting tube
- Possibly water, as there is not enough broth for the sauce
- 200 ml Soy cream
Instructions
- Today the oven stays clean 🙂 And the meat has never been so juicy for me. And nothing is left.
- Wash the turkey crust roast and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the soup vegetables into large pieces and place them in the roasting tube with the meat.
- Fry for approx. 2 h in the fan oven and 175 ° C.
- Catch the contents of the sausage tube in a sieve and use the stock for the sauce.
- Make a light basic sauce with butter, flour, stock and water. Season with salt and pepper and add the soy cream.
