Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g pork fillet(s)
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 gherkins
- 200 g mushrooms
- 150 g bacon cubes, lean
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.15 liters of red wine
- 0.15 liters of cream
- some chives
- e.g. sour cream
- e.g. beetroot, pickled
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Cut the fillet into thin strips. Peel and finely dice the onions. Finely slice the gherkins and finely dice the mushrooms. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bacon. Add the onions and sauté lightly, then add the mushrooms and cucumber strips. Deglaze everything with soy sauce and red wine, stir in the cream, and simmer briefly. Brown the meat in another pan heated with oil for a good 5 minutes, then add it to the sauce and stir in. Serve the strips on a plate, garnished with sour cream, beetroot, and chives. Serve with rice, tagliatelle, or simply baguette.
