Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 mangoes
- Salad of your choice and season
- n. B. Shrimp(s), quantity as desired
- Juice (mango juice)
- 6 tbsp natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel the mango and dice it, working over a bowl to collect the juice. Place the mango in a bowl and toss with the shrimp. For the dressing, combine all ingredients in a bowl. Place the salad on a platter, add the mango and shrimp, and toss with the dressing.
