Shrimp and salmon pan

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 125 g prawn(s) (Pacific prawns)
  • 125 g brunch with herbs
  • 2 lemons
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • n. B. garlic
  • n. B. Dill
  • n. B. water
  • n. B. sugar
  • some salt and pepper
  • e.g. margarine or olive oil

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

easy and fast

Cut the salmon into small cubes. Chop and finely chop the garlic. Wash and chop the parsley. Squeeze the lemons and add the juice to the same amount of water. Brown the salmon in a pan with margarine or olive oil and add the shrimp. In a saucepan, sauté the garlic clove with a little olive oil, deglaze with the lemon juice, and bring to a boil. Add the brunch, parsley, and dill. Remove from the heat. Once the salmon is cooked, add the sauce and simmer on low for about 2 minutes. Serve with ciabatta bread.
