Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g shrimp, cooked and peeled
  • 1 wholemeal roll
  • 40 g spring onions
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • some salt and pepper
  • some lemongrass, ground
  • 1 tbsp oil or clarified butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with fine spring onions and lemongrass

Slice the spring onions into rings and briefly roast them in oil or clarified butter. Add the peeled shrimp and roast them. Season with salt, pepper, and ground lemongrass. Cut open the whole-wheat roll, fill with the shrimp and onion mixture, and garnish with the lettuce leaf.
