Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 lettuce
  • 200 g prawns, peeled, e.g. in broth from the refrigerated section
  • 4 large prawns, in the shell, for garnishing
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp cognac
  • dill
  • ⅛ liter cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Prepare a spicy sauce from mayonnaise, ketchup, cognac, and spices. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it in. Mix with the prawns. Line serving glasses with washed lettuce leaves and add the prawns. Garnish each with a large, cooked prawn, leaving it in its shell.
