Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g shrimp(s)
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 200 ml juice (mango juice)
- 1 piece(s) ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp curry powder (Madras curry)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
can also be used as a soup
Finely dice the ginger and garlic and fry them in oil with the curry. Add the shrimp and stir in the curry powder. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for a bit longer.
