Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g shrimp(s)
  • 6 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 250 ml olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the tomatoes and zucchini into small cubes and finely chop the garlic. Then heat a pan with about half the olive oil and sauté the garlic until golden brown. Add the tomatoes and zucchini and simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes, then reduce heat to low until the shrimp are done. Briefly fry the shrimp in the remaining olive oil in another pan and then add them, along with the olive oil, to the first pan. Briefly mix everything together and season with the spices. We recommend serving with Kaisersemmeln (bread rolls) to dip bit by bit into the sauce.
