Shrimp on potato pancakes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large potato(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • some oil
  • n. B. herb curd
  • 1 pack of shrimp tails

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Coarsely grate the potatoes. Mix with the egg, salt, pepper, and flour. Heat a little oil in a pan and drop small heaps of the potato mixture into the pan. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Meanwhile, cook the shrimp tails in another pan according to the package instructions. Then place a dollop of quark on each potato cake and place a shrimp tail on top. Secure with a toothpick, if desired.
