Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can apricot(s), pitted
- n. B. Blue cheese, diced
- 1 pack of bacon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Drain the apricots. Wrap half a slice of bacon around each apricot. Place a piece of blue cheese on top and secure with a toothpick. Bake in the oven at 250°C for about 15 minutes, until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted.
