Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g prawns, frozen or fresh from the fish counter
  • 400 g spaghetti (the type of pasta doesn’t really matter)
  • 1 dl white wine
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp Flour, or depending on how thick you want the sauce to be
  • 1 handful of herbs, Italian
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped or thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 2 dashes olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick to make and absolutely delicious

In a pan with hot olive oil, sauté the garlic, herbs, and tomato paste until translucent. Then add the prawns and fry for 2-4 minutes, depending on their size. Then add salt and pepper and deglaze with the white wine. Now add the flour and let it thicken, stirring constantly. If it’s too thick, simply add a little more water until the desired consistency is reached. Finally, drain the pasta that was cooking in the meantime and add it to the pan with the prawns. Finally, mix everything thoroughly.
