Shrimp – spring onion – wok

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bag of brown rice
  • salt water
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 250 g shrimp(s) (deep sea shrimp, frozen)
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • ½ tsp sambal oelek
  • 1 chili pepper(s), red, fresh
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the rice in salted water. Wash the spring onions and chili pepper and slice them into thin rings. Then sauté them in a wok (or pan) with a little oil. When the spring onions have become translucent and soft, add the frozen shrimp and cook. Season to taste with sambal oelek, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir.
