Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • n. B. Flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 pinches of baking powder
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Pour the pudding mix into a bowl. Make up to 200g with flour. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gradually add the sugar. Once the egg whites are stiff peaks, add the remaining ingredients. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
