Shrimp Spring Plate

The perfect shrimp spring plate recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 pack Party prawns 110 g (here: from ALDI Nord)
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 0,5 tbsp Liquid honey
  • 2 Tomatoes approx. 100 g
  • 2 Large radishes
  • 1 Small round radish approx. 100 g
  • 2 Bit Yellow pepper
  • 8 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 8 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 2 tsp Chives Rolls (Freeze Dried)
  • Bread and / or rolls
  1. Fry the prawns in a medium-sized pan with sunflower oil (1 tbsp) and butter (1 tbsp) on both sides until golden-brown. When frying with liquid honey (drizzle ½ tbsp. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut in half. Clean, wash and cut the radish as a flower. Clean, peel, halve and slice the radish. Distribute all ingredients decoratively on 2 plates and the Season the plate with coarse sea salt from the mill (4 big pinches each) and colorful pepper from the mill (4 big pinches each).
