Mix the ground beef with the finely chopped onions, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add olive oil to a round pan or similar dish. Place the ground beef in a flat, round pancake, covering the entire bottom and no more than 1 cm thick. Set the grill to its highest setting and broil it for ten minutes. Then place sliced ​​mozzarella and sliced ​​tomatoes on the meat pizza. Sprinkle with fresh oregano. You can also use dried oregano, but fresh oregano tastes better. Turn off the grill and return the whole thing to the warm oven for a few more minutes, until the cheese has melted slightly. Tastes great with plenty of salad and a light yogurt dressing. Serve with pita bread.
