Spring Noodle Plate
The perfect spring noodle plate recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Chicken breast
- 2 tsp Roast chicken seasoning or paprika noble sweet
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Can Peas / carrots fine
- 1 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
- 250 ml Milk
- 2 tsp Herbs
Upon need
- Maggi
- Pepper
- Cut the chicken breast into strips or cubes and season with salt and fried chicken (or paprika).
- The meat is ready very quickly and then you just add a little water, the vegetables and then the creme fraiche.
- Then add the milk (or cream) and let it simmer.
- To thicken either light sauce thickener or roux – as you like – and simply season with herbs, maggi, pepper, if necessary.
- I usually serve pasta and normal green salad with it. Goes Ratz-Fatz and tastes great! Enjoy your meal!
