Spring Noodle Plate

The perfect spring noodle plate recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Chicken breast
  • 2 tsp Roast chicken seasoning or paprika noble sweet
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Can Peas / carrots fine
  • 1 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 2 tsp Herbs

Upon need

  • Maggi
  • Pepper
  1. Cut the chicken breast into strips or cubes and season with salt and fried chicken (or paprika).
  1. The meat is ready very quickly and then you just add a little water, the vegetables and then the creme fraiche.
  1. Then add the milk (or cream) and let it simmer.
  1. To thicken either light sauce thickener or roux – as you like – and simply season with herbs, maggi, pepper, if necessary.
  1. I usually serve pasta and normal green salad with it. Goes Ratz-Fatz and tastes great! Enjoy your meal!
