Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ ring(s) of shrimp (frozen)
- 200 ml cream
- ½ onion(s), red
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ package of spaghetti
- salt water
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of curry
- possibly broth
- 1 cup water (small cup)
- some oil
- Chili sauce, hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the noodles in salted water according to the package instructions. Finely chop the onion and garlic clove, fry in hot oil, and remove half from the pan. Then fry the frozen shrimp in the oil (10 min.). Season with salt and pepper. Add a dash of cream and a pinch of curry powder. Grate the second garlic clove over the noodles. Drain the noodles well, then add them to the pan and fry. Add a little more cream every now and then. If there isn’t enough sauce, dissolve some stock in the water and add it. Add a little of the hot sauce and mix. Season to taste. Transfer to a plate and serve.
