- 8 Pc. Chicken drumsticks
- Salt and pepper
- 2 Cans Pizza or peeled tomatoes
- 3 Pc. Tomatoes
- 2 Pc Onions
- 200 g Carrots
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 Pc. Garlic cloves
- 2 tsp Dried thyme – 2 sprigs would be better
- 2 tsp Dried oregano – 2 sprigs would be better
- 0,375 liter Dry red wine
- 0,5 bunch Parsely
- Wash and pat dry the chicken and rub with salt and pepper. Clean the onions and cut into cubes. Clean the carrots and cut into small slices or cubes. Roughly chop the tomatoes. Preheat the tube to 200 ° C.
- Heat the olive oil in a roaster and fry the legs well all around. Take out and set aside. Braise the onions and carrots in the roasting pan. Squeeze the garlic. Add the tomatoes and the contents of the can and let them stew briefly.
- Now add the wine and spices and season with salt and pepper. Bring everything to the boil briefly. Put the chicken drumsticks back in and place them covered in the tube for 40-50 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove the lid and let it continue to simmer.
