Side Dish: Banana Dip
The perfect side dish: banana dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 size Banana fresh
- 2 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 125 g Salad cream
- 100 g Whole milk yogurt
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- Some chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper
- Peel the banana, cut a quarter into slices, dice the rest of the banana. Immediately drizzle the banana slices and cubes with lemon juice.
- Mix the banana cubes with the salad cream, yogurt and curry. Season with salt and pepper and let steep for 15 minutes.
- Put the banana dip in a glass bowl, garnish with banana slices and chopped parsley.
My tip:
- We “grilled” on the weekend. Among other things, there was chicken fillet and this delicious banana dip – simply delicious!
