Side Dish: Banana Dip

The perfect side dish: banana dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 size Banana fresh
  • 2 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 125 g Salad cream
  • 100 g Whole milk yogurt
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • Some chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Peel the banana, cut a quarter into slices, dice the rest of the banana. Immediately drizzle the banana slices and cubes with lemon juice.
  2. Mix the banana cubes with the salad cream, yogurt and curry. Season with salt and pepper and let steep for 15 minutes.
  3. Put the banana dip in a glass bowl, garnish with banana slices and chopped parsley.

My tip:

  1. We “grilled” on the weekend. Among other things, there was chicken fillet and this delicious banana dip – simply delicious!
