Banana Curry Dip

The perfect banana curry dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Yogurt
  • 100 g Sour cream, Sour cream, creme fraiche or Miracel Whip
  • 1 piece Banana
  • 2 tbsp Curry powder
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Salt
  1. Mash the banana. Mix all the ingredients together and the dip is ready 🙂 I use a special banana curry powder, but you can just as easily use the normal English curry.
  2. You can vary the amounts a little, e.g. Use two bananas for a stronger banana flavor. Or a banana and only 150 g sour cream etc … The dip always tastes good 😉
