Side Dish: Porcini Mushroom Puree

  • 900 g Potato freshly peeled
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 60 g Boletus butter
  • Possibly fresh boletus
  1. Peel and wash the potatoes and cook them in plenty of salted water. Drain, mash and season with the remaining ingredients. Possibly add a little more butter.
  2. Tip 2: only add 30g butter but add fresh chopped porcini mushrooms. Also very tasty.
