  • 25 g Flour
  • 25 g Food starch
  • 75 g Corn semolina
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Crushed red pepper
  • 60 g Soft butter
  • 65 g Quark lean
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Milk
  1. Mix the flour, starch, corn grits, baking powder and spices in a bowl. Whisk eggs, remove about 0.5 tbsp. Add the rest of the egg, butter and quark to the other ingredients and stir to form a batter.
  2. Put the dough in a small, greased loaf pan. (I had to take my medium-sized one this time, so the bread is a little flatter.)
