- 25 g Flour
- 25 g Food starch
- 75 g Corn semolina
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Crushed red pepper
- 60 g Soft butter
- 65 g Quark lean
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Milk
- Mix the flour, starch, corn grits, baking powder and spices in a bowl. Whisk eggs, remove about 0.5 tbsp. Add the rest of the egg, butter and quark to the other ingredients and stir to form a batter.
- Put the dough in a small, greased loaf pan. (I had to take my medium-sized one this time, so the bread is a little flatter.)
- Whisk the leftover egg with the milk and spread it on the bread.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 30-40 minutes.
