  • 400 g Dumpling bread
  • 2 Chopped onions
  • 40 g Butter
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 150 ml Wheat beer
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 El Parsely

  1. Put the dumpling bread in a bowl and sauté the onion in the butter until translucent.
