Dessert: Apple Pudding
The perfect dessert: apple pudding recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 piece Apples
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 cl Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla sugar, homemade
- 1 Knife point Ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Food starch
- 100 ml Apple juice
- 200 ml Cream 30% fat
- 4 teaspoon Almond brittle
- 4 piece Chocolate decoration
- Remove the apples, peel them, remove worms, brown spots and core and cut into small pieces.
- Drizzle the apple wedges with lemon juice, mix with the sugar and vanilla sugar and simmer until soft. Process into a pulp with the hand blender. Heat again.
- Mix half of the apple juice with the cornstarch and add to the apple mash. Season with cinnamon. Bring to the boil while stirring and allow to thicken. Set aside to cool.
- Whip the cream and add the thickened apple puree spoon by spoon and stir well. Dilute with the remaining apple juice.
- Spread the mixture on dessert glasses, sprinkle with a little brittle almond and decorate with a chocolate leaf or other decoration.
