Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 2 kg potatoes
- 3 eggs
- 500 g minced pork
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- applesauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Peel and boil the potatoes, then press them through a potato ricer. Add two eggs and salt, and mix everything into a smooth dough. Mix the ground pork with one egg, season with salt and pepper. Form dumplings from the potato dough and press a hollow into the center. Fill the hollows with meat and seal. Let the dumplings simmer in salted water for about 20 minutes.
