Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow, diced
  • Olive oil or rapeseed oil
  • 3 tsp honey
  • Salt
  • Pepper, coarse, ground
  • 1 dashes Tabasco
  • 1 small onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice all ingredients (tomatoes, bell peppers, onion) and add them to a pan with a little oil. Season to taste with a pinch of salt, some coarse pepper, and Tabasco. Simmer over high heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. After 10 minutes, add 3 teaspoons of honey and simmer for another 5 minutes. The meal is ready – very simple, yet delicious. Enjoy!
