Silesian Potato Salad

The perfect silesian potato salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1,5 kilogram Waxy potatoes
  • 3 Apples
  • 350 g Celery salad pickled
  • 300 g Cronichons
  • 2 Cans Oil sardine fillet
  • 3 Charlotte
  • 250 g Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  1. Cook the potatoes in their skins, let them cool and peel them.
  2. Dice the potatoes and apples. Chop the onions. Chop the cucumber into small pieces. Mix the ingredients with the celery salad. Chop the sardines with a fork and add to the salad.
  3. Mix everything well and add the mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
