Silesian Potato Soup
The perfect silesian potato soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Marrow bone
- 0,125 Celery
- 1 Onion
- 2,5 kg Potato
- 100 g Butter
- 20 g Marjoram

- The celery. Boil the bones, onion with pepper and salt to a good broth as a basis for the soup. The celery makes it nice and spicy.
The soup
- Peel the potatoes and cook until soft. After draining, mash with the butter, pepper and salt and season with the appropriate amount of marjoram. I like it nice and green. While pounding the broth gradually add until the desired consistency. I also use the bone marrow. And done. Can also be reheated, usually tastes better and needs the rest of the broth as the soup thickens.
