Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta, spiral pasta (tri-colore)
  • 1 bunch of wild garlic
  • 250 g meat sausage
  • 250 g vegetables, frozen
  • 250 ml broth
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Slice the sausage and fry in 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the frozen vegetables and finely chopped wild garlic, fry briefly, pour in the vegetable stock, and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the cooked pasta, season with cream and spices, stir, let the cream reduce for another 5 minutes, stir again, and you’re done.
