Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 1 bunch of wild garlic
- 150 g cooked ham
- 1 small onion(s)
- 3 tbsp cream
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp vegetable broth
- salt and pepper
- Parmesan
- some white wine, dry
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tomato(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Finely chop the onion. Dice the ham. Sauté both ingredients together in the butter. Deglaze with white wine. Stir in the stock. First, finely chop half a bunch of wild garlic and mix in. Add the cream, Parmesan cheese to taste, and the olive oil. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Now finely chop the second half of the wild garlic and dice the tomato. Mix everything together and transfer it to a warmed bowl. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to taste.
