Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter, soft
- 250 g nougat
- 4 cl Amaretto
- 300 g chocolate coating (milk chocolate coating), chopped, melted
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
makes approx. 55 chocolates
Beat the butter until fluffy. Warm the nougat slightly and pour it into the butter. Continue beating both until fluffy. Stir in the Amaretto well. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a perforated nozzle and pipe small balls of approximately 1 cm in diameter onto a cutting board. Place in the freezer for 1 hour. Cover with the chocolate coating and roll in the sugar.
